I was a bit frustrated having to go to a second location being on a time frame. My original reservation was transferred after trying to pick up truck for 30 minutes. The location was closed and didn’t have self serve pick up.

Rodney CDespite assurances over the phone that I would be able to pick up after hours, it didn’t work until someone from a neighboring store called a manager and had them help via remote. Second, it turned out that the auto transport I rented was broken and unusable. The entire thing was a train wreck and incredibly disappointing.
