Make sure that when reservations are set up for customers that it's done right was having difficulties trying to pay and confirm mine so took longer than usual but the representative on the phone was amazing I give her an A+.

The AC didn't work the first 20 mins we had it and a tech had to come out and do something about the fuses.

Tokpah ZThe worker was NOT trained on how to complete a U-Haul rental. Pickup / rental process took over 45 minutes. The brakes on the truck were old. They squeaked the entire time.
