I was charged $80 for a gas charge I have a receipt of filling up the tank at the BP gas station on Crain Highway, very close to this location. This is fraudulent and very wrong. I need a refund for this fraudulent charge.

I returned a full tank of gas and was still charged $80 on fuel charges.
Raymond RSystem was down and faked billed me for 3 gallons even though the uHaul was returned with the same gas level.

Carleton CI was a bit frustrated having to go to a second location being on a time frame. My original reservation was transferred after trying to pick up truck for 30 minutes. The location was closed and didn’t have self serve pick up.
