The location was closed. I was asked to do self checkin which did not work. I had to call for assistance and after I almost completed the checkin the self checkin shut down and when I tried to log back in the system responded with no records found.

RUSTY CIt took over 2 hours total to pick up the truck. I ordered but had a friend pick truck up because I am unable to drive. When initially confirming order the gentleman explained how to pick up with the app. sounded easy enough. when arrived at pick up location driver was unable to login on app and unable to get keys/etc. It took another half hour with a CS rep to get it done. You app is not user friendly even with a live helper.
