Returned the trailer at about noon, and there was no one there to help us. Returned it using the app, which was fine, but somewhat frustrating.

Drop off was super easy. Lockup and put the key in the slot. No personnel on site as it was saturday evening.
Edith MThis was the second time I rented from the same place within a week. Like the last time, the truck has no ac. I mentioned it to the agent about the truck I rented the first time had no ac. He said that all trucks should have ac. This second time was a different truck and the same problem happened.
John WThe location was closed. I was asked to do self checkin which did not work. I had to call for assistance and after I almost completed the checkin the self checkin shut down and when I tried to log back in the system responded with no records found.
