The truck was dirty. Gloves and a water bottle were left in the truck from the previous person.
NANCY RI found the van dirty with candy wrappers, someones mail, cupholders sticky, and the cabin unclean. Also the rear right tire was considerably low on air. I would have switched to another but had a time constraint and couldn't wait. Thx

Joseph BThe original location didn't have the truck I reserved - they called me when I was driving there -3 minutes away. (Norwood MA) I was sent to this location -(Walpole ma) adding time to my trip The person on the phone assured me that a dolly should be included inside the truck The dolly was not there - and I needed it (not open on Sunday) I then had to drive the truck to the original location - and had to rent a separate dolly bc the locations were not the same (original location was open on Sundays) Had to drop dolly at one location, bring dolly to another. This took much longer than it should have and was frustrating. I'm disappointed with this rental experience.
