We did night drop off so didn't actually talk to any of the personnel. Therefore, I did not want to rate that question but your form will not let me submit without it. So I will say yes even though I didn't actually interact with anyone. Appreciate the night drop off since they don't open until 9:00 AM and truck needed to be returned by 10:30. I had conflicts with the late morning opening requiring me to be there between 9:00-10:30, therefore I greatly appreciated being able to drop it off the evening before. Thank you! Overall it was a great experiende.
