I had to add a quart of oil in it before I left and that would be my only concern. Everything else went great, Andrea was there early for me to pick it up, she was friendly through-out the process. She explained everything to me and highlighted it on the contract as she explained it and I really liked that as a customer.

Rod PAndrea was amazing! Although my experience was less than desirable due to things out of Andrea’s control. I was supposed to pick up the U-Haul at 8:00am and someone within U-Haul messed up causing me to be late to my client and pay labor to 4 guys for an hour. Whomever Andrea had to deal with didn’t care about us as the customer nor was timely in trying to fix the issue. Andrea on the other hand went above and beyond. I would recommend the facility in Wapakoneta, but not U-Haul as a whole.
