Old Closed up store and only communication is by phone. Sounds Like a Call Center for Scammers. Took way too long. Reserved this trailer thru a different location, had to repeat everything I had already done at the other location. Will not use this location again.
Carl SThe dealer waa polite and friendly but it took me almost 2 hours to get the truck because the U-haul website wouldn't work, then when it did, my reservation was listed at one location on the dealers end and another location on my reservation. Then I was overcharged by a full day.
douglas cThere was oil inside bed of truck. Man was on phone when I picked up truck. Had very broken English speaking and seemed to get angry when I had him explain things over.
Brenda AOffice was closed, so had to call someone, who then called me back and I had follow his instructions for about 10 mins. He was very nice and patient. Inside the cab is very dirty and check engine light remained on the entire rental. Thank goodness it didn’t break down.
