Office was closed, so had to call someone, who then called me back and I had follow his instructions for about 10 mins. He was very nice and patient. Inside the cab is very dirty and check engine light remained on the entire rental. Thank goodness it didn’t break down.

This location isn't actually open. It's an empty building. There is a hand written note on the door to call a personal cell phone number to pickup your Uhaul. They won't have the equipment you request but you won't know that until you go to pick up the truck. They wait an hour or more to close out your reservation after you've dropped off the truck as well. The 26ft truck at this location needs some serious maintenance. Overall, this is a horrible location to deal with. There are so many other options for rental, use those. It will save you the headache of dealing with this "location."

Noelis MThis location has NO store. A gentleman met us outside of Rocky's on the sidewalk, which is now a closed out-of-business, business. No paperwork just on smartphone. I have rented from this location in the past when it was in business. I will NEVER rent from this business again. No one available for return, this is not the way to operate.
WILLIAM FStore front looks abandoned. The service provider had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. There was no one physically at the site and the pickup instructions were confusing. Service provider requested I remove a furniture dolly and move into another truck on the lot. I also requested a dolly and they supplied an appliance dolly instead.
