Rocky Foods Mart was closed when I arrived to pick up the Uhaul truck. I arrived at the store at 12:45 pm and my appointment to pick up the truck was at 1:00 pm. There was a sign on the door stating when the customer arrives I had to call a number and talk to someone. I think he was the owner of the premises, but was not sure. He asked me questions in regards to my rental, then told me to go to the pick up box and tell him the code on the lock. I gave him the code, opened the electric lock, removed it from the lock box and gained access into the box to retrieve the keys for the Uhaul truck! It was a quick process for me, but I still prefer to talk to person to person and I was surprised for a Uhaul distributor to be closed on a Thursday afternoon! The Uhaul truck was clean, but needed some maintenance! No windshield washer fluid and the driver’s door failed to open while using the key! I had to gain access thru the passenger door! That happened on Friday when I returned the truck back to Newnan, GA! Next time I will find a Uhaul rental office directly and skip the distributors!

Alexander BDelays and runaround by both GA locations no truck at one which had been reserved for 10 days and confirmed, sent to this location and had to wait for someone to show up as it was closed. Piss poor service and lost time cost me an extra day-unacceptable
