Honestly after the recent experience we had we will never use U-Haul again and I will NEVER recommend anyone else to use U-Haul either. By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with anything in my life. Not only were we not told any of the information we needed to know, we were not told about the milage(the employee put the mileage in), we were not told it had to be full upon return, it was not clean at all when we got it. Moving blankets were all over the place and a dolly was thrown in it with pine needles and whatever else all over the floor. What I thought would only cost somewhere around the 100.00 we were charged 356.00 at the end which drained my entire account. Don’t ever use U-Haul!!!!!
