I’ve used u-haul before in the past and I would recommend them to anyone. My most recent use of a u-haul was really good and I am truly grateful because they worked with me when I needed the u-haul an extra night. I will go to them the next time I need to use a u-haul again sometime in the future.
Stephanie RI did not have any personal interaction as I dropped this off after hours. When I called the gentleman on the phone, he was very pleasant and gave me instructions. That were very easy to follow as how to drop it off after hours.
KEVIN SWhen I made the reservation, I was told I could drop off in Rockland, where we brought the truck. But then I had to drop off in Warren, which your agent said was 5. 5 miles away. It was at least 20.
