LESLEANN HOriginally, I had reserved a van from Shorty's Garage in Rockland. When I arrived at Shorty's and opened the van door I almost vomited. The stench of decaying organic matter was fetid and sour. I immediately called UHAUL 800 number and was able to reserve a van with Wen U Need US. There was no issue with changing my reservation with Uhaul and Wendy from WYNU called me immediately and was more than accommodating. The van was super clean and new and wonderful. I would not hesitate to rent with WYNU in the future. USE THESE FOLKS NOT SHORTYS!
