Scheduled pick up was supposed to be at 8am at a different location. I was called the day before and was told that the pick up location had changed to Swansons. I arrived to the service center just before 8am when they opened. While the owner of the service stations allowed me to come in. I had to wait over 30 minutes for the female who handles U-Haul rentals to show up to the site and complete the pick up. I was then told that both the utility dolly and appliance dolly that I rented were not available at this location. I had to drive to another location to get just an appliance dolly. I also don’t believe I should be charged for extra mileage when I had to drive to another location to get the rented dolly.

Radio still not woking
RONALD LSwanson service center in Warsaw Indiana was kind courteous very attentive help us set the thing up and waited a few extra minutes for us to show up in desperation Thank you Swanson service center located in Warsaw Indiana if you guys use these I promise you you'll have a good experience
