The transmission light was on in the truck at pickup and it clearly had transmission issues that weren’t fully realized till the truck was loaded. It looked like someone dropped their ice cream on the middle seat and just left it till it was solid. Got the truck unloaded and filled it with fuel before taking it back and also swept it out. The following day I got a receipt showing that the truck was returned with the gas tank empty and was charged $100.00 for fuel. I was definitely irritated. After trying to reach them by phone with no response we finally just drove there and talked to the husband and figured out he had gotten our rental mixed up with another. Once that was figured out then everything was made right but it cost me half a Sunday to get it figured out.

David HI really needed a furniture dolly and moving pads. These were not available at this location. I was not informed until our arrival. I was to pick up our truck in the town we were moving items from, but a truck was not available. We went to a neighboring town to get the truck. I was given mileage to get to the the town we needed. This was very helpful and I very much appreciate this.
