Was charged a $15 mileage overage fee when we delivered the Uhaul to its destination store. This fee was incorrect and only showed up when received the electronic email.

WILLIAM K.The lady was miserable and talking about how much she hates Chicago and Chicago driver's. She charged me for a two day rental when I specifically told her that we were driving it for two hours and returning it. She has me pick a return location of Northlake, IL and then entered Bellwood, IL. The truck seats had what appeared to be dog hair (white, small hairs). The windshield was filthy with dead bugs on the outside. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul and will never use this location again. I am very disappointed and upset with this location.
