Overcharged for dolly rental and said truck was returned 2 days later than it actually was

Jose YThey had a live action taking place while we were trying to rent the van, felt very awkward. The passenger seatbelt was broken, so, couldn't be used. A big safety concern!!! The return online was inoperable and the sign indicated if we didn't complete there was a $25 fee. The truck was there and when they arrived they would know it was returned! I was not charge the fee, however.
LISA SIf I ran this location, I would make sure each unit that was on my lot was ready to go at all times. We picked up a car tow dolly and it was buried in the snow, the chains weren't stowed properly, and it had ice covering critical areas. This was unacceptable especially since I had spoken to the owner twice. Oh, and the U-Haul app wouldn't work without calling customer service.
