I originally order the trailer 2 weeks before my intended pickup time in North Webster, Indiana. When I stopped to determine the trailer status on 5/22/26 they said it was not available at the location now and referred me to another location in Columbia City, Indiana (22 miles away) that had the trailer I ordered. When I arrived at the Columbia City location, they did not have the trailer either. Then after a phone conversation with U-Haul reginal, I was directed to pickup the trailer in Warsaw, Indiana (another 20 miles away). I did finally get the trailer and it was almost clean.

Jose YThey had a live action taking place while we were trying to rent the van, felt very awkward. The passenger seatbelt was broken, so, couldn't be used. A big safety concern!!! The return online was inoperable and the sign indicated if we didn't complete there was a $25 fee. The truck was there and when they arrived they would know it was returned! I was not charge the fee, however.
