Reason for below average rating is that we ordered 3 dozen moving blankets to rent. Only 6 were available! Though we were not charged for them , he did not suggest calling a different location. I had to ask where other U-Haul locations were. With just an hour before we were scheduled to load, I had to travel an hour round trip to rent the blankets at a different location. We would have appreciated a call as soon as it was known or that there was a great possibility of not having the number of blankets ordered. Packing to move is stressful enough did not need any added.
