No one was present at the drop of site. drop of should have a na box, As some drop offs happen after hours no clear marking or notes as to where to leave trailers map or instructions on the door would have been helpful
Craig CLiterally the closest drop off and therefore convenient. But it’s a busy repair shop and looks like it. The guys there were helpful.

Glenn MI brought my receipt that I printed out and w/o my knowledge I was charged the insurance coverage. I stop ny my local uhaul to return the rental and showed them. Said they couldn’t do anything but forwarded to a supervisor. I’m still waiting for a response.
