Literally the closest drop off and therefore convenient. But it’s a busy repair shop and looks like it. The guys there were helpful.

Glenn MI brought my receipt that I printed out and w/o my knowledge I was charged the insurance coverage. I stop ny my local uhaul to return the rental and showed them. Said they couldn’t do anything but forwarded to a supervisor. I’m still waiting for a response.

Sharon NThe entire digital sign-in system. It was a nightmare, asking for information that was already on record etc. It was a very convoluted and cumbersome process. I understand security, but this was too much.
