Denise TThe drop off location was technically closed when I dropped off the trailer, but an U-Haul employee who was on site at the time was very kind and helped me check out.
Dragos CPicking up and dropping off the truck was very easy and trouble free. The truck was clean and operated just fine as it is a rental and subject to constant use. I just wanted to point out that the knob for the driver's door window crank handle was missing making it a little difficult to put the window down and up, although it did operate smoothly. Thank you for the use of your equipment.
