Your app failed this prevented me from picking up the Van at 7 am... person at Location did get me on my way at 10am( the delay costing me money to reschedule a delivery) this could have been prevented as I went I person the previous day and reserved the van... however this location wouldn't take my information needed for the rental instead made me down load your App .... The app forcing me to stand outside the location before it would even let me begin the process... App failed between face and driver license photos... your App needs improvements...

NAMAN TStaff were very friendly and helpful which put me at ease right away on what could be a stressful day of moving. The service was quick and efficient and I was at the location only as long as neccessary. Overall my experience was 10 out of 10. Excellent!
Donald MHad issues uploading pictures through the App. Had to contact support and upload through website. Overall the self checkin process took a long time. Would be better if the verification of identity and other aspects could be done in advance. Was a little disappointed there was no mileage included and the additional charge per mile started right away.
