Had issues uploading pictures through the App. Had to contact support and upload through website. Overall the self checkin process took a long time. Would be better if the verification of identity and other aspects could be done in advance. Was a little disappointed there was no mileage included and the additional charge per mile started right away.

Neil BThe trucks engine light was on and was very poor to drive! Going down hill the rpm’s were sitting around 6 almost overheating the truck every time, couldn’t go over 70km/hr without the truck struggling! Might want to take a look into the truck and getting it serviced!
