The lockboxes need to be replaced with new ones, and asking customers to verify body damage on the roof of a van that they can't access is kind of odd.

But even worse is the mobile app. I don't know what overseas outsourcing agency y'all used to have it built, but it is literally one of the worst user experiences I've ever encountered. Maybe hire actual professionals and build something that doesn't belong in the top 3 worst apps ever to make it to production.
