No complaints with the renting office but Uhaul's online process is terrible. I rented once doing the self checkout and on another occasion in person. Both were long and inconvenient ordeals. The website would frequently refresh while uploading pictures and you'd have to redo steps multiple times. Why the hell do I have to come up with "alternate" phone numbers (which is really just people I know)? How does that give Uhaul any additional assurances of my returning their truck in good order? What a silly, pointless ritual. When I rented through the office, the entire Uhaul server was down and it took nearly an hour to pick up the truck despite being the only one renting. You guys should do whatever Enterprise Rental does. With them, you're out of there in like 10 minutes. If there were any other rental options that fit my needs I'd be jumping at them compared to Uhaul's online abomination.
