Friendly staff, always my go to spot when needing to move big stuff. Easy to work with and they explain everything to you and not pushy on extras you may not need. They do have a supply of items on display for sale which helps when you forget about them or even already packed who knows where. Will continue working with this location for all of my future projects

JESSICA BThere was no service(only 1 bar) for AT&T so it was difficult to use the app. I kept getting booted out of the app and having to login again before it would let me proceed. It took forever to load. Other than that, the U-Haul worked great and I was able to move my whole house in 2 trips!
Kylee GPossibly have another dealer like half way between the palmer store and this one. I had to drive from palmer due to the palmer store not having the truck i needed. One in the middle gives customers who live near by a faster option or another option in my case.
