Remote pickup was terrible. Location was in a poor part of town. When I called to talk to someone about my rental it was an unprofessional experience.

WILLIAM MI think my biggest problem was with the online check in and checkout. If the truck was perfect it would have gone smoother , but since the truck had some damage and was not what i would consider clean it took time documenting. If I rent again, I will never use the online check In and out.
Matt DBetter customer service on the person that's assisting the store and someone that actually is open at the time that they say that they're open and not be rude to customers or disrespectful. I also put in a complaint with U-Haul and they said they would contact about the issue, but of course not like they care still no contact back on the issue.
VICTOR OOrdered a dolly and a dozen blankets, none were in the rental unit. Being closed the entire day, on a Saturday when working people are more apt to move on the weekends is ridiculous. The Waterloo location on Commercial St is much better, especially is extra equipment is required.
