Call the phone number..... deaf air space then hang up. Did that several times. Car in parking lot, lights on inside, door locked amd no one answers. Had to call corporate number to get any questions answered. I DO NOT recommend this location at all. And they over charged me on mileage as well

I ended up with a mobile pick up without an understanding about what that entails. Picking up a truck at a location which had no people to assist was awful. Getting assistance via phone was difficult and inefficient. My pickup was in an area I consider unsafe, complete with two people arguing in the street. I considered calling the police. I also considered canceling. My phone is an android and that was an issue too. In all it took an hour to figure out how to get a key. Additionally, had I not had a friend with me I could not have gotten the padlock open as it was below my waist and I could not get close enough to read lock. The lighting was not good either.

Mark SExterior of the unit was dirty. Looked like it had been down a mud road. Inside was acceptable. Unit drove poorly like it needed shocks.
