i returned the truck with fuel level on what i got but still got charged for it i will call customer service tomorrow this is the third time it has happened please check before you guys charge thank you

Your booking system online needs to be easier to use, especially on mobile devices. Having to move thorough countless pages trying to upsell me with other products made it difficult to understand what I was actually booking, and was overwhelming. I would have been more likely to buy additional things like a mattress cover if I could just select it before I checked out. Instead I was bombarded with addition pages, and unsure of what was in my cart initially. Your staff was great, but I will not book with you again because of your online booking system.
Olivia RIt was a mess during the pickup. They didn't have a dolly and had to travel 6 kms to collect.

Izza DTook a very long time to get the vehicle. The person at the store seemed like they didn't know what was going on. When I asked what was taking so long she just complained about a guy who wasn't answering the phone. Once I received the vehicle I was just handed the keys with no communication and left to search the parking lot for the vehicle. If I hadn't rented a u hual before I would have really struggled with the experience. Very poor customer service at this location.
