Uhal was covered in snow and back door was frozen shut. Lady inside was no help at all. Had to wait 2 hours for someone to come get the door open. I had movers waiting and had to pay them extra because of the delay. Very unprofessional location.

It was difficult to find the u-haul office. We need to wait in the middle of the market.
JOAO GIt took more than 45 minutes to clear the snow from the vehicle, and unfortunately that extra time was added to our overall rental time. Very frustrating experience.
Vishnu VHanded Keys to cashier in a random supermarket. Uhal themselves called me two and a half days later: “Did you drop the truck off?” Anything could have happened in that time, then who’s responsible? Feels risky, chaotic and downright disorganized.
Levi UI booked to pickup before the store was open but on arrival discovered the key was not in the vehicle. Luckily it was a short wait till they opened. Although all went well, I felt the lady was suspicious rather than carrying the traditional awesome uhaul welcome. Apart from that, everything was as usual, the awesome uhaul experience.
