Worst place ever dont go here. This morning I went to pickup a truck from kishki and already it was disaster. I ORDERED AND PAID for a dolly, but when I got the keys the lady says oh you didnt pay and we dont even have dolly. Like excuse me?? I KNOW I PAID FOR IT. So I call uhaul, uhaul calls the owner Hasan, and uhaul tells me kishki HAS the dolly. Suddenly Hasan calls me all angry saying why did you call uhaul and that they dont have dolly. I ask him ok then how do I get my money back since I PAID FOR IT. His response?? “If you dont like it just return the keys and leave.” Wow amazing customer service 👏👏 I go back inside to return the keys and then this guy comes in and literally SNATCHES the keys from my hand. I ask him are you Hasan and he says NO, but I recognize his voice from the phone. Straight up lying to my face. These people are a bunch of liers, they just want your money and give ZERO service. AND it gets worse. When I got the truck initially it was completely covered in snow. Like not little snow, I mean around 20 CENTIMETERS frozen on the windshield. I spent 45 minutes just trying to heat the van and scrape ice instead of moving. No one helped, no apology, nothing. Paid for dolly, no dolly. Paid for service, got attitude. Wasted time, wasted energy, worst experience ever. Avoid this place unless you like being disrespected and lied to.
kranthi cNone of the trucks were cleared of snow or ready. I wasted 30min waiting on keys and a dolly. The trucks were not even equipped with proper snow brushes to be cleared with. I am very disappointed and will likely avoid small locations like this in the future.
ALEXANDER DWe were at the location at around 9.00 am for check-in. The check-in was 30 minutes late (no one was available at the counter to check in), no support was provided on store. We were told that if there is any issue, just go to another location and get the truck from there (very poor service) Basically, if there would be any issues with truck, you are on your own at this location. Was stuck 45 minutes on call for support before even we could start the truck (support folks were helpful).
DEEP SJust walked in and everything went smooth and quickly. The agent was friendly and patient. It was a great experience.
