It took a long time for me to be able to just pick up the vehicle. They made me wait 10 minutes before they served me. And nobody else in line. They did not tell me that I needed to take pictures of the van before I picked it up and did not tell me about the app that I was supposed to use. When I return the van all they did was take the key for me but did not review the van or the kilometers with me. Very disorganized.

Tajwar Abe careful that charge of 19.95 rate is false advertising or at least misleading. I only put 22 km since it was just a local move within the city. And I specifically checked off no insurance and in the end they put the insurance on the bill and my total bill came out to $71 and then gas was $10 extra …so be careful that 19.95 is all misleading. and whats the 1.00 environmental charge for? its all nickle and dime for A neighborhood move.
Peter AOverall okay. Unfortunately, the left front tire was significantly under inflated. We noticed it after a bit and we had to pull over wasting time and gas to fill that tire as well as the right front. The car was literally drifting to the left so in the future, please look at your vehicles to make sure the tires are inflated. This could prevent a safety hazard.
