I reserved a moving truck, two hand dolly’s, and one furniture dolly ahead of time, and when I showed up the clerk only brought out one hand dolly for me. I looked at her confused, told her I reserved 2 of these, plus a furniture dolly….she didn’t seem to care that much but she went to the back to grab them, brought out the 2nd hand dolly, and said they don’t have any furniture dolly’s in stock. I was extremely upset and disappointed because I reserved these for a reason. I hope I didn’t get charged for the item they didn’t have in stock! Another note, the store opened at 9am, there were already 3 of us standing in line, waiting to pickup our truck rentals, and the clerk was nowhere to be found, she showed up late, and it took an hour to get our truck and equipment. I will not be going to this location again. And the fact that they did not keep my equipment aside (that I reserved ahead of time), what is the point of even making the reservation for equipment??

Person attending was distracted by customers in the grocery store. I requested roadside assistance coverage and she did not seem to understand. I had ordered blankets and they were not provided. Poor explanation about how to register the second driver. No call to tell me where to pick up. Just an email. Was told it was available at 9 am. Picked up around 6 pm and the vehicle was “ not quite ready” as it had just been returned.
Joan WFirst of all... The website should really not allow you to choose pickup and drop off location if it's not available. It seemed like there was also some confusion in picking up the truck. I feel like I got charged gas fees unnecessarily as the truck was empty upon retrieval and we put gas in. I am not sure I will use U-Haul again
Amanda SThe store person didn’t have key or know what the 4 digit lock code was. We waited well over an hour until she was able to seek help. No instructions given or anything reviewed once we did have the keys. We missed our elevator reservation for move out. We had ordered moving blankets and there were none in the truck.
Pina VThere was a mixup NO Dolly available. Make sure when you bring truck back take video and llots of pictures. Also when you hand key back get Lady to process return right away, I was getting txt to bring back van at 10 at night when I returned van and gave Lady key at2.30 PM.
