Wtf? It’s a ten by ten supermarket managers office at the back of the the back of a grocery market. So random. The people are really nice but all they wanted was the key. They didn’t inspect the vehicle, take the mileage or ask us how it went. They didn’t look at the gas spent or replaced, which we had taken the time to do. We videoed. all that ourselves in case we get random charges. Not a great feeling leaving it like that.

Callum PWorst service ever. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from beginning to end. I originally booked the truck for 7:00 AM, but somehow the pickup time was changed to 9:00 AM. I tried multiple times to reschedule it but wasn’t able to, so I ended up wasting almost two hours waiting for the renter to arrive at the store. The problems continued when it was time to return the truck. We were first sent to one drop-off location, but it was completely full. Then we were sent to another location, which was also full. Finally, after driving around Toronto trying to find somewhere to return a 26-foot truck, we managed to park it at another location. To make things even worse, I was charged for extra mileage and fuel, even though I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. Thankfully, I took pictures of the fuel level before I started driving and again after I returned it, so I have proof. Can you imagine having to leave two kids at home and drive a 26-foot truck around Toronto close to midnight because the company couldn’t provide a proper return location? It was stressful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. This was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have ever had. I would never use this service again.
