We had a great experience with U-Haul. They made sure we had the best pricing available and had the vehicle available when we needed it on very short notice.

Need more cargo vans!

The motorcycle trailer needs to be operated at a very slow speed over most surfaces WHEN IT'S EMPTY. There is little-to-no tongue weight and the trailer "bucks" quite a bit, and almost "violently" on Wisconsin concrete highway sections. Truly scary at times. Had to reduce my speed to 40MPH on a 55MPH stretch for almost 12 miles. I doubt there is ANY TYPE of rebound damping or shock absorber. IT NEEDS THIS.

Very roomie showroom. And pick up area.

Very slow, not knowledgeable and we didn’t get our truck on time. We also had a long wait when returning and no communication. Horrible experience and did the cost, ridiculous!

Very happy I was able to rent the vehicle at the last moment.

It took four separate phone calls to finally locate an available truck - AFTER I had booked a truck online and received a "confirmation" number. When I arrived on Saturday afternoon, on time, to pick up my truck, there was no one in the office. I waited there for what felt like a very long time before anyone came in. There was no explanation for the absence of staff. The truck was covered with "Xs", indicating that while staff was aware of topical deficiencies, not much was done in the way of repairs. The online return process was an unbearable hassle. The mileage indicator entry step didn't work properly and the poor quality of the process overall took me nearly 15 minutes. I've trusted U-Haul for every one of my moves for over 20 years. I'll never use this location again, and I will most likely move my business to one of U-Haul's competitors. For a company that rents trucks, this process seemed like an entirely new adventure.

Great rental experience. Great trailer, employee was excellent to work with and very helpful. Even the website was great for setting up the rental.

Lazy and indifferent "service"... this guy should be roughly shown the door. If you don't want to do the job, then work somewhere else, or maybe not work at all and give everybody a break. Will never be back to this location (I'll bet he would like knowing that... what a loser).

I only rented blankets, but all the sales associates were very friendly.

let the customer know that when you turn in a one way trailer rental that there is nothing that happens at the tail end. it is just drop and go. the other thing is i had asked if we could load the trailer with it un attached to the car and was told yes. We were able to load it with proper blocking of the tires, but it took three people and a lever system to get the trailer back on the vehical.

Transfer requested equipment to locations nearest to the customer. or, at least charge the mileage to the customer's home based on the nearest U-Haul office rather than a more remote pick-up site. I had phoned an office 3 miles nearer to my home - which would have saved me 3*2*2 = 12 miles of mileage charge.

Never got the moving pad I ordered.

Gas tank was only half full but told it would be completely full. Employee didn’t know how to complete computer portion for me to pick up my truck so we had to wait for the other employee to come back.

Got in, got out. The guy was very friendly, got the truck right in front for us. Keep it up! I come from a hospitality background and usually don't expect too much from any business, but getting the vehicle for your customers may be company policy, but it also works great for hospitality. Keep thinking of ways to "wow" the guest and that will improve your service, basically for free without any extra marketing dollars.

Horrible service. Staff kept charging us incorrect amount. Could not get ahold of manager when we called several times.
