How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe've rented numerous trucks and storages over the last month and every transaction was a disaster. From having the wrong plates on a truck, being charged on both the reservation card as well as the debit card used on site, being charged for gas that was mislogged, it was problem after problem that costed is 100s more than it should have. Nobody could give consistent information or fix many of the issues despite having the facts before them. Would've been cheaper to hire movers
