Another time I needed a ladder and a broom and they provided....no hesitation. I recently got a few cuts while emptying mu unit and someone came to me with an emergency kit. LYSANDRA T | Overall ExperienceThe on-location desk & lot service staff went above & beyond to take care of me! adjusted truck p/u time, did a card slider tutorial on the machine across from the desk, showed me my storage units- how to check in & the access door- opened the tough plastic door lock containers- labeled both keys, made sure the latch worked, lifted up & removed the truck ramp down for unloading (I'm not 40 yrs old any more), it's Climate Controlled, indoor bathrooms, E-Z open garage doors, video cameras all over the lot & inside, convenient location on a main road & across from Woodman's supermarket, coordinated drop-off time change, AND assisted with card payment. As a mil vet, very much appreciate the support, logistics, and responsiveness of all the people who made it happen! Thank You!

I needed to upgrade the storage unit to the bigger one and they made it simple & easy. Was in and out within 2 hrs from start to finish and feel very confident that my items are secure and safe.
