My pickup was changed from 10:00am to 1:00pm due to lack of staff to work at the originally scheduled time, This cost me valuable time to pack the trailer for my scheduled departure. The staff member was late arriving and it took an enormous amount of time to check-in and driveaway with the trailer, The trailer had not been swept out, However, the staff member was very courteous and pleasant. I won't using these folks again, though I don't have another location to compare them to.
