I have never seen anybody here at this location. I don't think anybody has ever contacted me from this location. I was looking for a phone call from them after I dropped off the truck. I called a couple of times during the week, but never got any answer. And to my knowledge, I have not been contacted. I was expecting a refund for my lid.Not used. But that isn't forthcoming either. I did take pictures all around the truck to confirm that I returned it in the same shape.I received it in. Also to prove that I left the hand truck in the back of the moving truck. Every time i've driven by in the last three weeks, I have looked to see if the location was open.So I could stop and speak to somebody. I have never seen it open. So I would say customer service is very much lacking. And I would like a refund for the mileage, not used.
