I had called the site in advance to ensure that my trailer was ready. They told me it was. I went to pick up my trailer and it was buried in the snow. There was only one staff member on site, and she seemingly had two brain cells in total. She told me the that there was nobody around to dig it out of the snow. The only tool she was willing to share with me was one shovel. She had a poor attitude. I asked her why I was told when I called ahead, that the trailer was ready for pickup, when in fact it was buried in a mountain of snow. She had no good answer for this - she told me I spoke to "dispatch," who had no idea what conditions were like at their centre. She also said dispatch had not notified them of my reservation on the day of pickup. I asked why, if they partner with Uhaul, they are not notified by them when reservations are upcoming so they can prepare the trailer in advance. She told me that this was not her problem. She had a terrible attitude, the trailer was absolutely BURIED in the snow. Luckily I was able to call some friends who brought tools and helped me dig it out. It took over two hours for me to pickup the trailer, when I expected it to take 15-20 minutes max when the dispatch told me the trailer was ready. It delayed my travel plans by a full day, as it completely disrupted my moving schedule. 0/10 would not recommend.

They went above and beyond for customer care. Helpful and easy to find
ALBERT GEverything went well, Dan was very helpfull and welcoming, the only issue was with the trailer it self had a missing 4 prone trailer wire that we had to borrow from another one, but that didn't work well and actually came loose and was lost along the way (discovered that about 300 km into the trip. Luckily it was day time and a straight Hwy so no need for lights in the trailer.
Khaled IGoogle map did not bring us there had to call the guy . When we got home to Sudbury because of the rain there was a leak water got on the mattress and books
Don SIt’s a drop off at a truck repair centre. So it’s understandable that its not like the pick up location that just deals with UHaul. The area to leave the truck was decent. They had a key an contract drop box, well in view and nicely identifiable.
