The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond. He was kind, helpful, and had a sense of humour, to boot. Service was fairly prompt and efficient.

Reserved a trailer online. The drop off location I wanted (Echo Bay) wouldn't come up on the website so I settled for the next closest town Sault Ste. Marie. When I arrived it took a while to have the trailer released (not uncommon) but I wasn't given paperwork to sign or review. I asked if I could return anytime on Sunday and was told "yes". I didn't realize the guy changed my drop off location to another one than the one I selected until later. He asked if I wanted it changed I said no thank you if I can have Echo Bay drop off. Because I was given the paperwork after the fact and I had limited time to grab her things and get back. So I brought it back to the location I chose and was informed I returned it to the wrong location, when I had left, my to contract was in my car in Echo Bay because it was my brother towing it and we just took his vehicle to return the trailer and then I receive an email reciept with extra fees because they changed my contract without my knowledge or consent, didn't let me review it. I have used Uhaul many times in the past and typically have a positive experience I chose the Home Hardware location because I recently had an amzing experience with them, they helped hook up the trailer and were efficient and friendly but this was frustrating as I had people doing favours for me and it was extra inconvenience for them and right before Christmas. The drop off location charged "after hours fee" on top of the extra day, when it was open. I was just trying to get my daughter's possessions for her from Christmas because we had to leave our home due to domestic violence. After this experience I won't be renting from this location and probably not Uhaul.

Rock JAfter phoning Uhaul for drop off location, I filled truck to level on contract, and was there at 11:30. The location was closed when their sign said open. I dropped the key and contract into drop box. I was charged a $83.92 fuel charge. I was charged for 30 extra miles. I took care to clean truck. I took care to fill fuel to a bit more than pictured on contract at Petro station 1 mile from drop off location. The extra 30 miles was probably because I had to pick up the truck in Huntsville instead of Baysville. The total in extra charges my credit card was charged was $128.92. I drove it home, loaded, and drove directly to Wawa. I will be contacting Uhaul for a total refund of these charges!!!!! The truck was awesome, the trip was uneventful, my drop off experience was awful.....WTF?????????

Steeve LMy pickup was 5 hours away one way from my town so 10 hours drive and I was given 300$ off it cost me much more then that to get it and the time and drivers needed
