david zEven after commiting the same price for a different trailer I was charged way too much than the committed price. I wouldn't ever hire a uhaul in my life. The service was pathetic, the reserved uhaul was locked, and it took me an hour and half to get a different trailer, and even after repeated assurance I was overcharged for the rental.
Kishore SI had to wait on the phone dealing with U-Haul customer service. Just to be able to pick up my rental cuz there was nobody there that would help me. I'm still waiting on a call back from customer service. U-Haul
SHAUN JArrived to pick up flatbed trailer, it was buried in mud and melting snow. Ruined my shoes hooking it up in mud hole. No help from staff.
