1 tire was worn, tread was uneven and close to wear bars and wheel was missing 1 lug nut.
WESLEY GVicki was very helpful in getting us taken care of. The whole process from hook up to paperwork took less then 15 minutes and we were out the door and on our way. The last time I had ever rented from u haul was about 20 years ago, so I wasn't sure how the whole process worked, but it sure is easier now a days then back then. Will definitely be renting again! Thank you!!!
DETLEF MIt was a not obvious what to do when I got there. Better signage would help
James PReservation was messed up, my fault for not checking since another location helped to make the reservation. However Wayland Do It Best Hardware was easy to work with. They called me just as soon as the trailer I needed got back to their lot so I could grab it. I would recommend this location.
