close this location .. couldnt find my reservation .. gave me the wrong size trailer .. over charged me .. just an auful exsperience ... used u-haul many times .. first time at this location ..first time i had a problem

To clarify communication to make the process smoother
Angie MThis location was okay but the whole experience overall had been very poor. The first reservation was cancelled because the people at Mattress Goddess (Waynesville) did not leave a key. Yesterday at Exxon was good but I had another reservation today and it is going poorly. They are telling me that they do not have the keys to the only truck on their lot. Ridiculous.

Tia PMaybe find someone that can read and speak English to serve as the customer service. I had to do all of the paperwork on my own, which is the employee’s job, and I think that is disgusting and disappointing. I expect better customer service, and not to have to do literally everything to rent a trailer, including the employee’s paperwork for it.
