I had confirmation that I would have 3 dozen blankets and 2 dollies. None were available. You need to fix your website. If you are unable to supply these items, then you should not send confirmation that they will be there. your only solution was remove the cost or I drive an hour each way to secure them. Either was an acceptable choice.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkConvenient drop-off, in-person verification of extra/optional equipment (pads, appliance dolly, etc), and receipt provided on the spot, so no worries/mysteries about whether key drop-off and accurate accounting would be ok or problematic (if drop-off was at a different place down the road, with no staff). So, glad for the in-person return.
Christopher HThe overall situation was horrible from start to finish, at all possible I will never use uhaul again
David KThe U-Haul place gave my information to a random local would not recommend to anyone
Samantha GWhen I went to pick up the trailer, he said that I should return it to 226 Saint Joe Plaza Dr, Ste A, Palm Coast, FL 32164. When I went there to drop off the trailer, the online check-in said that I needed to go to 801 S State St, Bunnell, FL 32110 Which I did.
