It's a utter mess as far as U-Haul goes. The young Indian girl that helped me barely spoke English. She was just put there for beer and gas I guess. No help unhooking and lot is such a mess with broken trailers and it just looks terrible, not like pick up location it was clean and organized top to bottom.

ROB BRam is amazing! I was frustrated and tired. We could not get the app to work. She finally figured it out. The truck had just been returned. It had not been cleaned but that was the responsibility of the previous renter. Due to her fantastic customer service, I could overlook the truck not being as clean as their vehicles normally are. Thank you,
VIKKI VDouble charged me. 79.00 for a small trailer for 24 hours. Just don't go here!
kathy cI was asked to bring in blankets from the trailer, which I did. Then I was directed where to drop it off. I backed the trailer in and could not turn the knob to loosen the trailer from my ball hitch. It was stuck and after many tries I went inside and explained what was happening and the person behind the counter asked me, "what do you want me to do about it?" I indicated that I wanted to some help getting it off and she responded that she had returned it in the system. At this point I said that didn't help me if I couldn't detach the equipment from my vehicle. She just starred at me. I asked for a hammer or wrench and she said she had no tools. She offered for me to take it home and return it the next afternoon. I indicated that I could not do that as I work. Finally, I just left and rocked my car forward and backwards roughly several times and then was able to use my tire iron to knock the knob loose enough to use. The lack of concern, support, or acknowledgment of an issue by the staff person was extremely disappointing.
