I was very pleased that the truck size I ordered was available. But there is only 1 person working the gas station and the UHaul. So he had to help other customers. When I checked out the truck, he did go out and make sure of the mileage and fuel. Also the instructions that came when I clicked the link regarding photographs was helpful. However, when I returned the truck, it was the same person. This time, he was of no help. It was raining, and I had to go out and take photos of the mileage. When I came back in, he said he need the fuel shot as well. He had trouble reading it, so I had to go out a 3rd time in the rain. The last time I rented UHaul in Hendersonville was a MUCH better experience. More help and they made sure they were responsible for checking the mileage and fuel and inspecting the truck. So I would not recommend this location as they are not staffed to take care of everything going on. .

Ronnie MI have never been so rudely treated. Person checking me in was condescending and was difficult to understand. I politely had to tell him several times I didn’t understand to which he snapped at me and started yelling . I did not appreciate being treated like I was an idiot because I did not understand him. Said if I had a problem I could call UHaul. He basically dismissed me and told me I could go. This person did not inspect the trailer. Told us to park it and go. Terrible experience.
