Help hooking to truck
Jaime MMy original reservation was at Mattress Goddess. It was supposed to open at 2 10:30. I waited along with several others and the operator had not shown up by 11:30 - an hour later I eft. Several calls to the Mattress Goddess telephone number and the emergency number hy all of us went unanswered and went to voicemail. None of us received a call back. I called U-Haul and my reservation was transferred to Junaluska Exxon. I would revoke Mattress Goddesses U-Haul contract.
WILLIAM BIt's a utter mess as far as U-Haul goes. The young Indian girl that helped me barely spoke English. She was just put there for beer and gas I guess. No help unhooking and lot is such a mess with broken trailers and it just looks terrible, not like pick up location it was clean and organized top to bottom.
