ANDREW S*Did not have trailer size we reserved * cashier was not trained in rental procedures * 1st trailer had wheel baring going out/had to return * owner charged me $75 additional $ for a 5x8 replacement trailer even though I t was his mistake to not have reserved trailer * second cashier had no idea how to "replace" broken trailer and owner was not available I finally had to call Uhaul to get things straightened out.
