Only one worker at the Exxon station. He helped other customers who were waiting in line. System for U-haul kept denying the transaction. The truck and/or trailer had/has out of balance tires. I couldn't drive above 65mph (even on the Interstate) due to the tires being out of balance. Above 65 mph the steering wheel would badly bounce in my hands. Inside of truck was dirty. Found a 4inch pocket knife (pink) in the middle seat (obviously not inspected between previous customer and myself). Any truck with a trailer hitch should have a back up camera. The trailer was NOT hooked up to the truck when I arrived for pickup (rented both a truck and a toy hauler). Worker not able to speak English very well and did not know how to guide me back correctly to the trailer. It is the 21st century and no cruise control on the truck. No big deal except towing for almost 600 miles and 3/4 is on the interstate.

The owner of the lake junaluska exxon location was so very kind and understood my emergency situation where I had to continue to use my rental beyond the days I had rented it and I would definitely recommend this specific location to anyone else who has a longer term rental or children and in the midst of an emergency like I was.He even was talking to my babies trying to play with them as we were checking out to pay.I kept my U-Haul about 3 days past the rental agreement and he wasn't salty about it .I am so thankful for these people they really saved us out of a bad situation by giving us the grace we needed.
McKayla CI first called the location to get information as it was the location I planned to rent from there was no interest to help. Answer questions simply told me to call the main branch When I arrive to pick up the trailer again, seemed oblivious to the whole process and pointed to the trailer and said there it is hook yourself up On our way we went Considering I have health issues from two strokes and paralyzed on my right side, getting the trailer connected was very difficult but again there was no Assistance because the Assistant was managing the store and couldn’t leave the desk
