I have never been so rudely treated. Person checking me in was condescending and was difficult to understand. I politely had to tell him several times I didn’t understand to which he snapped at me and started yelling . I did not appreciate being treated like I was an idiot because I did not understand him. Said if I had a problem I could call UHaul. He basically dismissed me and told me I could go. This person did not inspect the trailer. Told us to park it and go. Terrible experience.

That foreigner that runs the place is trying to charge me another 100$! It’s ridiculous I returned it with more gas than what I got it and it was completely clean!
Thomas SIt was hard to gain or exit/enter the property. Also, I had only 1/4 tank of gas when I picked up the truck for X-country move. I was shocked and not happy.
Tim GPeter, the gas station Employee, was extremely helpful and really accommodating. Great guy!
Gary BOnly one worker at the Exxon station. He helped other customers who were waiting in line. System for U-haul kept denying the transaction. The truck and/or trailer had/has out of balance tires. I couldn't drive above 65mph (even on the Interstate) due to the tires being out of balance. Above 65 mph the steering wheel would badly bounce in my hands. Inside of truck was dirty. Found a 4inch pocket knife (pink) in the middle seat (obviously not inspected between previous customer and myself). Any truck with a trailer hitch should have a back up camera. The trailer was NOT hooked up to the truck when I arrived for pickup (rented both a truck and a toy hauler). Worker not able to speak English very well and did not know how to guide me back correctly to the trailer. It is the 21st century and no cruise control on the truck. No big deal except towing for almost 600 miles and 3/4 is on the interstate.
