I had a very pleasant experience overall. Very easy to park the truck and trailer. I did have a trailer issue on the trip that was resolved in a quick and professional manor on all levels. The truck was excellent, plenty of power, braking, down sifting, and easy to drive. The staff in Weirton (especially Kim Taylor) were awesome! Very busy with my paperwork and walk in customers and handled it all gracefully and professionally...

JAMES CI was charged $234.00 to move some items 4 miles total trip . I had the truck for less than two hours. I was quoted $43.00 total. No one will respond to my requests. What a scam.. don’t use U-Haul at Weirton Tire..
