The whole experience was the wordt. I ordered the truck and pulley a week before my move and it get called 4 minutes before closing so I couldn’t do anything about it. They had my picking my truck up in the morning at the right location, but wanted to to turn around drive 1 1/2 hours to pick the pulley up at 6. I would then have to strive to get my car another half hour. Needless to say, I picked up the truck, left my car, and hit up the next morning at 4 to drive the truck back and get my car. The truck also only had a half a tank of gas too., not to mention how long it to get get the truck and return it on the app. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone. If I have to move again, before I use U-Haul I’ll take a horse and buggy

I was given the correct size trailer, but it had the wrong plate number on it . The plate number associated with my contract was given to another customer with a Clarksville TN drop off. My drop off was Williamsport, PA I noted the mix up in Weirton prior to departure.
Mel LImprove your return process directions. Said if trouble with return, park, lock, drop keys but if I had not called after dropping keys I believe I would have been overcharged. You need to add additional directions for location to allowed as told by telephone customer service which was different than ehat I saw before dropping keys.
Theodora PWe had to buy a $125 dolly (that is non refundable) the morning we were set to move because none of the additional moving equipment we paid to rent was in our truck.
