Check engine light was on when I picked it up. And the truck shook and drove like a tank. Like it had no power steering? Maybe need a newer model next time?

THERESA BI appreciate being able to obtain a dolly when needed in an emergency but I did not like the attitude of the woman who rented the dolly to us. Instead of focusing on the rental transaction, she thought it was a good idea to speak to my young child as if he was being a nuisance in a condescending way. My son found a candy toy he was showing myself and his grandpa. I see The lady who assisted with the dolly rental staring at my child and rudely tells him to “how about you stand by mom “ as if he was running around the store acting out of control. It was random and came out of nowhere in the middle of the dolly rental transaction. My child simply showed us a toy and was admiring the toy as kids do. I had to speak up for my child and tell the lady he was in fact fine and not doing anything he wasn’t supposed to do. You don’t speak to someone’s child as if the parent/grandparent is not in the room and as if you have authority over that child, in which she had none. I’m glad I said something back to her because her job was to just rent us the dolly, not act annoyed because my child picked up a candy toy and started admiring it, standing close to his mother and grandpa. I appreciate the convenience of the U-Haul rental place but did not like the attitude of the woman who worked this store at 7 am on Dec. 22nd. 2025. I definitely made up my mind that this was the first and last time that this store will get my business.
