Trailer was parked in a very difficult location on their lot. High grass, hard access. No assistance in helping hooking up the trailer when needed. I can hook up a trailer on my own, although due to the access of this trailer and a lot condition, it became extremely difficult and I had to walk a lot to find blocks to be able to hold the tongue of the trailer high enough for me to be able to hook it up properly. It was extremely frustrating and only one attendant was working in the store and could not come help.
