First, I went to pick up my reserved truck at Riley Hill Road. The key for the truck was not available. Also, the order was done incorrectly. I had to go to the Mario Mini Mart to pick up the truck, where the store clerk was very rude and impatient. She gave a truck that was covered in a muddy area and dirty. I requested another truck and was given a hard time. This was all heard by the U-Haul representative who was still on the phone. Furthermore, I have to drive an additional twenty minutes to get the truck at the Mario Mini Mart location. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I request someone from corporate to contact me about this matter.
