Mario mini mart was not open when I returned my truck. I know they open early, but the associate pulled up at 1130ish right when I was about to leave. At this point there were about 5 or 6 people waiting for the place open a few hrs late. A tall thin guy hopped out a little black SUV with a total attitude to everyone there like we did something to him. I explained i just spoke to customer service and they said drop the 26ft truck to that location, he told me NO. Customer Service calls my cell and now tells me after telling me 2hrs before that it was ok to drop the truck off, that now I can't because of space. I just spent $10,000 with Uhaul within the last two weeks,so guess what I'm leaving the truck here you guys can figure it out. If you didn't know if that location was full,then you should of never agreed to the drop off location and i spoke to customer service over the phone i didn't just make it up. This guy at Mario mini mart in Wendell NC not only shouldn't be managing variety store but definitely not a Uhaul, his customer service was absolutely horrible. On top of that the week before I rented a auto transport and paid around 300ish for it. Literally 7 days later in Danvers Ma, I had to rent another and the price jumped $500 to almost $900 bucks!! INSANE!!! I had to bite the bullet because I had shit to do but wow!! 500 dollar increase in 7 days was not expected at all. I have never had any major issues with Uhaul besides price, and I've actually dealt with a few rude employees before but this guy at Mario mini mart was just not a happy person.

Benjamin HI don’t like if I under fill the gas I get charged but when I over fill I don’t receive a refund- I think this is outrageous with gas prices these days and I’ve filled for the next customer- absolutely unfair. I over filled significantly and I am upset there’s no refund …….
MARY SI went to pick up my truck through my phone e and the location did not have the key in the lockbox, which caused me to be late to job I had scheduled. Not good!
