Took too long to pick up a reserved vehicle on a Saturday morning. Service was extremely slow and the service was not any better when dropping off the rental. Very confusing process overall. Was not happy with the high mileage rate fee. Difficult to determine how much fuel to put in before renting the vehicle. Need to check the whole breakdown when returning the vehicle otherwise you could be overcharged.

I reserved my rental online, but then had to wait 25 minutes in line at the location. Stupid. Have an Express line for people that are picking up only and already made their reservation and gave their info already. Why should I wait that long when I saved uhaul time and labor by going on online? And it would encourage people to reserve ahead.

The only issue we had was parking. When we got to Uhaul, there was a line to get our truck, which was fine. However, there was no parking spaces and I had to keep leaving the line to move my car again and again. I would recommend somehow installing more parking spots for customers there to pick up trucks. Otherwise, the woman Chris (Kris?) was extremely helpful!

The customer service was horrible! There was only one person working the front to answer any questions; however, there were two people walking about chatting that would not help. When I asked if they could help me they told me just a minute and proceeded to the back office to talk and did not get back to me. It took me 45 minutes to check out a vehicle I had already pre-ordered through the website. All I needed was a second of someone's time to tell me that all I needed to do was check in through my phone. It was my first time ever doing this process and I feel that it would have only taken a second of someone's time to let me know that I didn't need to wait in line.

well when you provide an app that only allows me to get to the third station and then locks me out of it when I’m trying to return your equipment and then I call your people to let them know what’s going on and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up on me I think you could do that better !!!!!

It turned out that we actually rented two different items in the last 2 weeks a trailer and a van. Both turned out to be very good experiences the staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to give us the best service possible and very quickly. We came to pick up our truck and did everything in the app to make things smooth so we could get in & out as quickly as possible. While the employees were incredibly friendly upon arrival, we ended up waiting at the desk for close to 15 minutes before even being acknowledged and all we needed was our key.

I returned the truck a day early and drove less miles then the allowance amount. I asked the person there should I have a small amount recredit since I returned early and he said yes but I was disappointed when it showed no recredit amount on the receipt.

The van's exterior, windshield, and mirror was full of dead bugs. There was wood debris in the cargo area. The person checking me out, when I mentioned the exterior, stated, "It probably was driven up north," then proceeded to check me out and DID NOT offer to even hose off the dead bugs.

Waiting for a clerk to come to the counter to check in & receive the truck/equipment was longer than expected, especially when there was 2 people off to the side talking (one appeared to be a manager). After a few minutes the Manager acknowledged me but left me waiting another 10mins. If I didn’t need the truck I would have left. The person that came from outside with another customer that ultimately help me had a positive attitude & very friendly - which lifted some of the frustration from waiting forever.

Last time I was there turning in equipment someone was waiting there to check it in, I didnt have to go inside, which was awesome. Not sure that’s normal. But if turning equipment always happens outside, why make a customer walk all the wayinside, then walk all the way back outside for turn in? Can’t one person just watch for equipment returns outside?
