Online reservation sucks. Hey made the reservation and when I showed up after the confirmation, they told Me it was the wrong location. The person told me that it happens all the time.

I reserved a tow dolly 6-17-19 at the 5511 south 108th st. Location as where I t was very close to the highway where i needed to go on and my drop point was 610 s 108 th street all confirmed with # and date and time of usage .the next day 6-18 -19 I received no e-mail or call when I arrived at 3:35 p.m. 5511 south 108 th street they had no dolly in the lot ???? I said you have 25 minutes to produce one .one and then both gentleman called and contacted a u-haul agent the u-haul agent contacted me and said I would have to pick up at my drop off location I said you must be shitting me as I'm st my pick up location and it's all road construction and rush hour I said you will deliver one here they said WE DONT DELIVER TO OTHER LOCATIONS I said BULL SHIT ITS DONE ALL THE TIME .so I had to fight my way thru traffic and construction then I and my two vehicles owner showed up there and the 610 s 108 th street drop off locationlocation which I passed once together to my pick up location and the skinny black guy working said he possibly wasnt going to let me rent the item because he said he can do anything he wants and can deny me rental I was hot and said what I have been through all ready he didnt seem interested but to play on his phone .so I went to the next attendant dudes buddy ,he was a little better and I made my rental and was on our way and the white guy was very good to hook up trailer and talked a little about the newer style dolly's. That's a crappy ex po experience from the 2 guys who vf were behind the counter workers .

I ordered my uhaul from the Appleton 76th st location got there and my uhaul was gone. Had to go across town to get another uhaul. We were on a schedule moving out of town. So we were set back.

Everything was great. The truck was impressive nice and clean. the only thing I would change is the way you accept after hour truck rentals. After moving all day and we were so tired and it was late, we still had to fill out that whole question Aaron take pictures and I'm not very good at doing that.thank God I had my son and my son-in-law with me and they're really quick at it but all it took so long and I was so tired I just wanted to go home. other than that it was absolutely wonderful renting from you guys I would do it again in a heartbeat and my husband was very happy with the price also he thought it was wonderful.

Customer service was appalling. It took us ten minutes to find someone to help with picking up the truck and then he had no personality. Drop only was slightly better but three guys were sitting in the back until I found them and them hanging out. They’d be with me in few. Are they working or not????

It took almost 2 hours to pick up the trailer. I was the 3rd person in line. The computers were down and people didn't show up. They were using uhaul phones to try and get the paperwork done. It took a long time and very frustrated employees and customers. Sounds like it is a common problem for them when U Haul updates its computers - or that is what they said it was. overall very dis satisfied with my experience. I will have to think twice before I rent another trailer. Was almost late for the graduation party I traveled 3 hours to go to. Kevin Thicke 608-780-8800

Very understaffed at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morining. Had to wait almost 1 hour in line to get my truck. Takes way too long to check out one customer. Would have chosen another nearby location if it would have been faster.

i have to wait over 30 minutes for someone hook up the tow dolly while employee stood around and some were walking about talking on there phone. i called in and did all the paperwork over the phone with credit card info for quicker time in and out. but still had to do all the same questions and info again, i gained no time savings . They are very slow there and will help when they want to. The more you ask for help, the more they will be busy with other things and make you wait.

We were rerouted to pick up the necessary equipment ( a 26' trk and a wide tow dolly) almost 40 miles away from where we made our reservations 30 days in advance , which was not the locations fault... But when we arrived as scheduled we had to wait almost an hour for these guys to do repairs to the tow dolly (new strap) that are generally done when the equipment is returned in disrepair, not after it's booked out to the next customer. The repair was made poorly (strap was twisted and the ratchet on the drivers' side should have been replaced as well) . The repairman broke 2 cheap 3/8" ratchets trying to do the repair with the wrong tools and finally rolled the dolly into the shop to use air tools after the struggle nearly overcame him...

They were so busy the day I came in to pick up my U-haul, and someone forgot to put my dolly in the truck, by the time I got back there and through the long line, they didn't have any dollies left.

Inspect the equipment with greater scrutiny prior to release. We had a tire blowout on the trailer. Either it was poor air pressure, a weak tire, debris, or a combination of them. Ordinarily this shouldn’t be a huge deal, but the procedures for handling roadside assistance issues is severely lacking. I called the U-Haul location I rented from and was referred to the number on the trailer. I called the number on the trailer. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes I spoke with someone briefly with my tire blowout concern. I was then directed to an automated line to deal with roadside assistance. After waiting on hold for another 5 minutes, it was a message that said visit U-Haul.com for roadside assistance. I waited 20 minutes to get told to go online to fill a form out. After a half hour goes by I get a text saying my order has been received. 10 minutes go by before I get a call saying the only roadside assistance won’t be available for 3 hours. Three hours on the side of a dangerous intersection waiting was completely unacceptable. And to top it all off, instead of the ~$36 it was supposed to be, I was charged ~$76 presumably because I returned the trailer after hours. I’ll never use U-Haul services again should this not get resolved.

I reserved a truck online, and pre-registered thinking it would speed up the pick up, If I had known I could prepay using a mobile app and walk in ahead of 12 people in line(as 2 other did), show my phone with the truck # and leave, I would have. Ill bet the other 11 people in line with me would have too..You should push that option, it would speed things up considerably for your patrons, as well as your employees!

The service was great once I received it, very delayed because they were providing good service to someone else. Very understaffed for a Summer Saturday morning. I was actually at the Facility 6 time in a matter of a week and found the wait exstreamly long. 45 minutes and I was second in line with 2 people at the counter serviced by 2 people. By the time I was finished there were 12 people behind me. I can't imagine how delayed they we in getting their project of the day started.

Biggest issue is upon placing my order the lady failed to notify me that we would be picking up the truck off hours. I never received a confirmation email with that info. I got the truck 1 hr and 40min late and then had to sit on the phone for over and hr to talk to a customer service rep to be refunded $50. They fixed the issue however the hassle and wait time was ridiculous
