Reserved a 10 ft. Truck got a 15ft. Truck. Was told new person put in wrong truck on reservation. I was told no 10ft trucks were available. This was at 9:00am on a Tuesday.

There were 4 people behind the counter but I was completely ignored when I entered the store. I stood there for a min or so before approaching the counter and asking if someone could help me. As I was being serviced several people entered in which they were promptly greeted and helped. Upon returning the equipment I experienced the same poor service. I was ignored until I asked for assistance. As I waited an old white guy entered the store and came out with the lady to return his truck. At this point I had been waiting 15-20 min. I asked the lady why someone who arrived after me got served before me? Her response was silence. She didn’t even acknowledge my question she just got in the truck and began reading mileage and what ever else the process is for returns. It would be nice if ALL customers were treated the same. I will never rent u-haul equipment again. This was a terrible experience.

No improvement needed -- people were helpful and GREAT!!!!! Lady installing the car carrier even noticed a low tire pressure on the truck and the tire was replaced before we even started our move. SO WONDERFUL TO GO WITH PEACE OF MIND!!!!

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS CONFUSING?NO ONE TOOK TIME TO INSTRUCT WHERE TO GO.MY ENDING BILL WAS OFF BY 9.00 DOLLARS FOR A 4 MILES DIFFERENCE??.THE EXPRESS CHECK IN DIDNT EXSIST.WHY PREREGISTER THERES NO BENEFIT TO GETTING A CONFIRMATION# TO EARLY CHECK IN AND CLEARLY SAYS NO WAITING IN LINE IF YOU PRINT OFF ITINERARY AND FILL EVERYTHING IN. YOU STILL WAIT IN LINE 30 MINUTES.THEY SAY PULL UP WHEN FINISHED AND SOMEONE WILL MEET YOU, .WRONG I HAD TO HUNT SOMEONE DOWN AND SHE WAS RUDE. I WENT AT 930AM WAS BACK AT 1130AM ON 4/14/18 TOTAL WAS 44 MILES TWO HOURS AND I PAID 63.48 SOUNDS LIKE YOU GUYS ARE OVERPRICED AND DONT ASK WHY, NO ONE GIVES YOU A RESPONCE THEY JUST READ LIKE A BOOK DOWN THE LINE THATS WAS PART OF THE POOR SERVICE BECAUSE WHEN I QUESTIONED HER AT CHECK IN SHE GOT VERY RUDE. The first Invoice they sent me had my mileage 100 miles over what it actually was. But when I called and explained the mistake they immediately said "...sorry about that. Actually, we caught the mistake on the next rental when we sent the truck back out. We'll correct in the invoice immediately. " When a mistake occurs, that's the best one can hope for. So I'm a happy customer.

Slow and inefficient pick up.

The pick-up process was SLOW. There was one customer being helped when I arrived, who took about 10 minutes to be assisted. Another customer came in to purchase boxes, but couldn't because the register wasn't set up to handle cash. I let him go in front of me since I figured it would be quick. After waiting for another employee to return, he was rung up and paid, and it took 15 minutes (!!!) for him to get change. The employees kept saying "Yep, this is what happens when you pay cash." The process was overall smooth and the auto transport trailer was in acceptable condition (other than missing the rubber safety on the chain). It was frustrating for the paperwork process to take 35-40 minutes when I had already completed online check-in. I had to provide all of the same information again at the counter.

This location is great. I've had bad experiences with other locations that contract with uhaul (service stations and such) and refused to use a uhaul rental for years. You have won back my business.

I received a phone call 36 hours before my rental notifying me that the size truck I had reserved was not available. This was the first call I received from U-haul after making the reservation a week before. We missed the call and tried calling back multiple times over the next 24 hours and left messages to have the manager call us back multiple times. We never got a call back but one of the times we called the day before someone finally helped us. We were offered a free upgrade to a larger truck, which in theory would have been a nice compromise, however we lived on a very narrow, dead-end street and did not think we could turn a larger truck around on the street. We agreed to a smaller truck and asked for a credit on the miles if we needed to take a second trip. Ultimately, we were given a $0.19 per mile discount, which was better than nothing. It was very frustrating that we did not find out until the day before that the truck we reserved was not available. If we had known further ahead of time, we would have reserved a truck that was the size we needed from a different company. Next time we will not be using U-haul.

prices are high $20.00 to rent which is ok it was like .87 cents per mile which was another $20.00 something, bill was like $53.00 and i used it for an hour
