i was scheduled to pick my trailer up at a specific location closer to my residence, however I had to drive another 15 miles out of my way to pick the trailer. Why didn't they just tell me to pick it up at the new location? Just wasted my time. A 30 minute pick up took over 2 hours.

I had a terrible experience this time with this store. I rented a truck Christmas Eve. I called the night before and the person working told me the store didn’t open until 9:00 am. Come to find out the store opened at 7:00 am. I could have rented the truck at 7:00 am. and done at an earlier time and drove to my hometown for Christmas instead of driving Christmas morning. The person working that morning apologized but that didn’t do anything for me especially since the person that misinformed me wasn’t going to receive any disciplinary action. Very disappointed in the service. I need a truck to move more furniture in the future. I think I will look for a different alternative.

First it took an hour of waiting in line to pick up truck, no explantion why it was taking so long. No apology for the wait when i did get served. Then i returned after keeping it an extra night and dropped keys in box because running late for work and when i got to work and attempted to log it in online it wouldn't let me without taking a picture which nothing told me in advance so then i got charged an extra $20. I attempted to call the place with no one answering phone to help. So a rental of a $20 truck for 2 days ended up being $134, i just don't get it and am really disappointed by this experience.

You might make it clearer that when renting a pickup truck or cargo van that a debit card with a Visa logo does not qualify as a major credit card as it does most other places.

I pulled my vehicle and uhaul into the section of this location that was marked in multiple places as the equipment drop off zone. And there was a sign that told me to wait there and someone would be with me shortly. So I waited for about a minute and a guy comes out of the building and tells me that I can’t drop the trailer there and was really rude to me and angry at me for even being there. I asked him why I couldn’t drop the trailer in the equipment return section. He angrily proceeded to tell me that that’s not how they do things and that I need to pull around back and there is a section back there. There was no way for me to know this. And how I was treated was super unprofessional.



Extra charges without explaining things too me. Tried to charge me an additional $50 for gas after I already filled it back up to what it started with. Manager was rude and was yelling from across the room instead of coming over and speaking with me. Ive rented I would say 10x from this location and it was great every time. After this experience, I will not be back.

After I returned the truck, I got a voicemail from the location little before the closing time that I haven’t returned the truck and that my reservation is being extended to 24 hours. I immediately called the location but it was already closed and I was returned to customer service. I explained the situation to customer service that I have already returned the truck, they said someone from the location will follow up with you as soon as store opens. I waited a long time the next day for a follow up call, but no one called. I called the location again but wasn’t able to speak to anyone from the location and instead was transferred to customer service. I explained the situation to another rep and he hung up the phone. I again called and spoke to another rep, they promised that someone from the store is going to follow up with me in an hour. But I got no call. This location is poor managed, lacks professionalism, and full of idiots who can’t even do the simplest of things properly such as checking out a customer correctly. It’s been extremely frustrating dealing with this location.
