Customer service was rude a d unhelpful. Store associate was clueless. Took 1 1/2hrs to pick up my truck. At the end of my trip the gas guage was a k to 1/2 full but they still charged me $20. Even after all of the hassle my Invoice said.my return date was 04/17/26. The whole experience was a joke and I will recommend ANY other truck rental service. The truck was the worst gas guzzler I have ever re ted.

Windows in rental were found open when I rented the vehicle. It had rained heavily prior to picking up. No other vans were available, so operator gave me blankets to sit on. Also, Gas gauge read 1/4 tank upon renting. The final invoice says the gas tank was 1/8th. I have a picture of the instrument panel that proves it had 1/4 tank upon return.
