The trailer was very clear and well maintained however it bounced and shook a lot.

RONDA HI am definitely conflicted here...the ladies there are great. I have always used this location and never had any issues. I am extremely disappointed when I called and was told I could have a courtesy extension with no charge then 2 weeks later get another random charge on my account for the miles and time I was told was waived. Poor communication on their part. Instead of listening to what I was trying to explain the gentleman on the phone kept pushing it off onto uhaul when it was infact Huffmans that made the mistake.
BRITTNEY Cwhole process made me nervous, things kept changing by you and your app
NICHOLAS MI picked up the truck late at night. I could not see there was a crack in the far right corner of the windshield. It was not a big deal.
