The price was a little high but everything was ok
VERONICA DLet gave me a Truck with 2-3 window crack ! there was 15-20 blankets in side the back, I ordered NONE ! The rep at Huffmans Farm & Home today (12-Dec-2025) said they never let a truck out with a cracked window ??? Right... only 15-20 free blankets right ??? I wonder about it as well, I didn't discover it until I got to the local hotel, it was dark and raining, hard to see. I sent a text to U-Haul about the cracked window and NO called me to TELL ME what to do ! What good are YOU ? make money and free repairs via insurance ?
NICHOLAS MLoved how easy it was to get the rental done. However the trailer pulled very rough even with the proper equipment ( could have just been my vehicle). I would definitely get a box truck next time for a better ride. I think the next customer should know this trailer pulls rough behind this kind of vehicle.
