Cramped space made it tight for me when I hooked up the trailer. Also. I hooked it up by myself, which I was ok with, but I was expecting a U-Haul rep to hook it up. After hookup, I stopped by the office so Bryan could validate my hookup as well as take pictures. Bryan was super nice & professional.

STEPHEN RTrailer was dirty and something on it was broken causing my belongings to break and become damaged on the drive down. We had to stop because the ride with the trailer was so rough.
