Drop off was quick and easy! My only issue is that this location is almost 12 miles from my home when there is a location just over a mile from my home. This closer location was supposedly not accepting returns because their lot was full, but I drove by after I had returned the trailer and the lot was half empty. The lot at Queen City Auto House was more full than the lot at Ace Hardware on Tonya Trail in Hamilton, OH.

I rented the 10’ small van, was raining a lot that day, the drivers side top front corner was leak8ng rain water in ferse. My boxes got soaked, but other than that everything else went smoothly. I told the young lady when I turned it back in and she said she will have uhaul fix the leaking roof issue.
