This facility was understaffed and crowded. They charged me $15.00 for a cleaning fee; there was nothing in the trailer but the blanks I rented. This charge needs to be reversed; otherwise, I will challenge it with American Express.

LAQUISHA BDrop off was quick and easy! My only issue is that this location is almost 12 miles from my home when there is a location just over a mile from my home. This closer location was supposedly not accepting returns because their lot was full, but I drove by after I had returned the trailer and the lot was half empty. The lot at Queen City Auto House was more full than the lot at Ace Hardware on Tonya Trail in Hamilton, OH.
